What could you work on?

The exact content of your internship will depend on the department you join, what you would like to learn and whether you have a specific internship assignment or research project. We are a fast-growing company, and your tasks could include the following:

Performance Marketing

• Supporting campaigns on Google, Meta and other platforms

• Analysing and optimising campaign performance

• Conducting keyword, market and competitor research

AI en Automation

• Working with a department manager to improve and automate processes

• Building and testing AI agents, prompts and workflows

• Analysing the quality and results of AI solutions

IT & Security

• Supporting technical projects and application management

• Contributing to integrations, automation, security and user support

• Testing new features and software releases

Data & Dashboarding

• Collecting, structuring and analysing data

• Building and improving dashboards in Power BI

• Turning data into insights and recommendations

Customer Service

• Answering customer questions through different communication channels

• Contributing ideas to improve the customer experience

• Working on projects that improve the customer journey

Loyalty and E-mail Automation

• Building and optimising automated email flows

• Supporting customer segmentation and personalisation

• Conducting A/B tests and analysing the results

What will you learn? 

During your internship, you will learn how different specialist teams work together within an international e-commerce company. You will gain a better understanding of both your own field and the wider organisation. Depending on your internship, you will develop skills in:

• Working independently and on a project basis

• Using professional systems and data sources

• Communicating with different departments and stakeholders

• Turning ideas into concrete results and process improvements

• Working in a commercial and international environment

You will receive guidance from an experienced colleague, while also having the freedom to take initiative and put your own ideas into practice.

Who are we looking for?

You:

• Are currently enrolled in a relevant vocational, university of applied sciences or research university programme

• Are looking for a hands-on internship, with at least 50% of your time spent contributing to daily work, or a graduation internship

• Are curious, proactive and eager to learn

• Work carefully and keep your commitments

• Are comfortable asking questions and sharing your opinion

• Enjoy thinking about how processes can be made smarter, better or more efficient

• Are able to travel independently to our office in Apeldoorn

You do not need to know everything yet. What matters most to us is that you are motivated, take responsibility and are eager to learn.
