Application process
Step 1: Apply for the job
The process starts when you send us your CV and a short cover letter. Tell us why we should have a cup of coffee with you, and what attracted you to the job.
Step 2: The first interview
If you're a potential candidate, we will contact you within 2 working days and invite you for an interview at our office in Apeldoorn.
Step 3: Follow-up
The next step is introductions: we will introduce you to your team and the position so you can get a good idea of where you'd be working. Depending on the position, we may also ask you to do a test assignment or to spend a few hours with us. In this way, we both know what we are getting into.
Step 4: Job offer
You will receive an offer and if all is agreed upon, you'll sign your new contract.
Step 5: Onboarding
It's time to get started! We work with a comprehensive onboarding process. You will get to know all the teams in the company and learn about their tasks. You will get to know all your colleagues, so you'll know who does what, and what everyone's responsibilities are.
