As a member of our team, you will play an important role in achieving this vision for our Dutch and French customers.


Your responsibilities:

  • Quickly and friendly answer customer questions via phone, email and live chat.
  • Provide customers with advice and guidance in making the perfect choice from our extensive range of knives and related products.
  • Provide detailed information about our products, such as features, specifications and prices.
  • Resolve customer-related issues and ensure that customers are completely satisfied.
  • Always stay up-to-date with our latest products, offers and policies.
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs and exceed their expectations with appropriate solutions.
  • Provide an unforgettable customer service experience and create enthusiastic customers

Job requirements


What are we looking for?

  • Good communication skills in Dutch and French, both verbally and in writing.
  • Living near Apeldoorn and willing to work from our office.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to advise customers in a solution-oriented way.
  • You are willing to go the extra mile and surprise customers with outstanding service.
  • Sincere interest in our products or a strong desire to learn everything about them.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
  • Staying calm and collected, even in challenging situations.
  • Team player who can work well with others and create a positive working environment.
  • Proficient in (customer service) software and computer systems.
