As a member of our team, you will play an important role in achieving this vision for our Dutch and French customers.
Your responsibilities:
- Quickly and friendly answer customer questions via phone, email and live chat.
- Provide customers with advice and guidance in making the perfect choice from our extensive range of knives and related products.
- Provide detailed information about our products, such as features, specifications and prices.
- Resolve customer-related issues and ensure that customers are completely satisfied.
- Always stay up-to-date with our latest products, offers and policies.
- Listen to customers, understand their needs and exceed their expectations with appropriate solutions.
- Provide an unforgettable customer service experience and create enthusiastic customers

Job requirements
What are we looking for?
- Good communication skills in Dutch and French, both verbally and in writing.
- Living near Apeldoorn and willing to work from our office.
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to advise customers in a solution-oriented way.
- You are willing to go the extra mile and surprise customers with outstanding service.
- Sincere interest in our products or a strong desire to learn everything about them.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
- Staying calm and collected, even in challenging situations.
- Team player who can work well with others and create a positive working environment.
- Proficient in (customer service) software and computer systems.
