Are you an experienced Performance Marketer who gets energy from international growth, large budgets and direct impact? Do you want full ownership of paid advertising strategies and to contribute to profitable growth within a fast-growing European e-commerce organization? Then this is your chance.

The challenge

Within KATO Group, you will be responsible for an annual advertising budget of more than €2.5 million. You will help further expand and professionalize the paid advertising ecosystem for multiple international domains.

You will work closely with a Senior Performance Marketer and be part of a self-managing Search Engine Marketing team. Together, you will determine the strategy, set priorities and continuously optimize the performance of channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, affiliates and price comparison platforms.

In this role, it is not about short-term agency output, but about sustainable growth, quality and long-term performance. You will have the room to go in depth, test new opportunities and build scalable campaign structures that drive profitable revenue.

What you will do

  • Develop, implement and optimize international SEA strategies

  • Manage and scale campaigns within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and other paid channels

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, contribution margin and revenue growth

  • Identify growth opportunities based on data, market developments and experiments

  • Improve product feed performance and campaign structures

  • Explore and validate new advertising channels and international expansion opportunities

  • Work closely with SEO, content, IT, design and data, all in-house

  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and international regulations

Job requirements

What you bring

  • HBO level of professional and intellectual ability

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Excel

  • A data-driven and analytical mindset

  • Experience managing substantial advertising budgets

  • Good command of Dutch and/or English

  • Ownership, curiosity and the drive to continuously improve campaigns

In addition, it is a plus if you have experience with

  • Microsoft Advertising

  • Meta or social advertising

  • Third-party attribution

  • Product feed management

  • Affiliates, marketplaces or price comparison platforms

  • Advertising in multiple European markets

  • Google advertising policies
