Knivesandtools / KATO Group is an online player with platforms in several European countries since 1999. In the niche of kitchen knives, pocket knives, outdoor gear and sharpening products, we are the top player in Europe.

We are looking for a new permanent employee for our warehouse team. The tasks are diverse and consist of picking orders, packing orders, booking products, preparing pallets for dispatch, keeping and counting stock among others. If there are exceptions in the process, you will look for a solution with Customer Service or our Buying department. We send around 2,000 parcels to our fans in Europe every day.

What you can expect

The logistics department consists of 25 young and driven go-getters. We work in shifts: for three weeks you will have day shifts (and one Sunday shift), then you will have afternoon and evening shifts for one week. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 22.30 and on Sunday from 10.00 to 18.30. All work is coordinated together, and the team makes sure that all customers receive their orders on time.

Our customers form a real community of fans whom we inspire with great products, unique images, clear instructions and the best service. We work according to our motto: ‘turning customers into fans’ and our warehouse staff’s contribution is very important to achieve this goal.

Together with a team of warehouse employees, you will be responsible for our warehouse and the logistic processes. The work is important for our company and for our customers. In short, lots of varied tasks and serious work!

With thirteen webshops, we operate in 11 countries (NL, BE, FR, DE, AT, UK, IE, IT, ES, DK and SE) and we are expanding rapidly. Kitchen knives, pans, pocket knives, sharpening products, torches, binoculars and other outdoor products make our hearts beat faster.
