Are you an experienced Performance Marketer who wants to make a real impact with substantial budgets and ownership of international paid advertising strategies? The Challenge

At Knivesandtools you will manage and expand our paid advertising ecosystem across 15 domains. With an annual advertising budget exceeding €2.5 million, you directly influence our growth, profitability, and international brand positioning.

You will work closely with a fellow Senior SEA Marketer and operate within a self-managing Search Engine Marketing team. Together, you define strategy, set priorities, and continuously improve performance across channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, affiliates, and price comparison platforms.

You focus on sustainable growth, quality, and long-term performance — not short-term agency output. You get the space to go deep, test new opportunities, and build scalable advertising structures that drive profitable revenue.

What You Will Do

• Develop, implement, and optimize international SEA strategies
• Manage and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and other paid channels
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, contribution margin and revenue growth
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation
• Improve product feed performance and campaign structures
• Explore and validate new advertising channels and expansion opportunities
• Collaborate closely with SEO, content, IT, design, and data teams (all in-house)
• Ensure compliance with advertising policies and international regulations

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Excel
• A data-driven, analytical mindset
• Experience managing substantial advertising budgets
• Excellent command of Dutch and/or English

Preferred

• Experience with Microsoft advertising
• Experience with Meta/social advertising
• Experience with product feed management
• Experience with affiliates, marketplaces, and price comparison platforms
• Experience advertising in multiple European markets
• Knowledge of Google advertising policies
